C. 1980s Polifemo Floor Lamp Carlo Forcolini Artemide Mirror Halogen Reflector
This is a Polifemo floor lamp, originally designed by Carlo Forcolini in 1983. This particular example was produced by Artemide in Italy in the 1980s. The lamp's design is comprised of disk diffuser with a mirror halogen reflector atop a metal body and base, allowing you to adjust and redirect the light as desired.
The lamp measures 20 inches wide, 12 inches long, and 85 inches high. The lamp shows some wear consistent with its expected use, but overall is in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
