This is an Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair, initially designed by Ray and Charles Eames in 1946. This particular example was manufactured in the United States, and dates to 1949. The design is constructed of molded birch plywood, and it has natural cowhide upholstery that has been recently redone.

The chair measures 24.25 inches deep, 22 inches wide, and 26.5 inches tall. It has a seat height of 15.5 inches. Overall, the chair is in good vintage condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
