1996 Arne Jacobsen for Louis Poulsen AJ Desk / Table Lamp Black Enameled Steel
This is an AJ Lamp, originally designed by Arne Jacobsen for Louis Poulsen in 1957. This particular example dates to 1996 and was produced in Denmark. The lamp features a black enameled steel shade with a distinctive asymmetrical form, mounted on a slender stem and circular base.
The lamp measures 5.5 inches long, 8.78 inches wide, and 20.5 inches high, with an upper arm length of 14 inches. This piece shows minimal wear from previous use and overall is in very good to excellent condition. Please see photos.
