1970s Yngve Ekstrom for Kallemo of Sweden Teak Thea Bar / Serving Cart 17x26"
This is a Thea bar and serving cart, designed by Yngve Ekstrom for Kallemo in the 1950s. This particular example dates back to the 1970s. Crafted from teak, the cart reflects Ekstrom’s clean Scandinavian sensibility and attention to proportion. The piece features two tiers with gently raised edges, a sculptural handle, and casters for mobility.
The cart measures 16.75 inches deep, 25.5 inches wide, and 25 inches high. The teak surfaces shows wear consistent with age and use, including some minor scuffs. Overall, the piece is in very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
