SOLD 1950s Pair of Estelle and Erwinne Laverne International Fiberglass Lotus Chairs
Listed for sale is a gorgeous pair of black fiberglass Lotus dining / side chairs, designed by Erwine and Estelle Laverne for Laverne International. This design dates to circa 1958 and these chairs seemingly date to the late 1950's to early 1960's. Notably, they are labelled with Laverne tags, which is exceedingly rare for vintage examples. Regarding condition, the chairs are in very good to excellent condition with some light wear. The base is chromed steel and top is a lacquered fiberglass with more matte texture on the backs. The chairs measures 29.9 inches tall by 22.5 inches deep and 23.2 inches wide. The price listed includes both chairs.
